Refund policy
At Amrutea, we ensure that every product is handled with care and packaged to maintain freshness and quality. Because tea is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Eligibility for Exchange (Only in Case of Damage or Wrong Item)
You may request an exchange only if:
• The product was damaged during transit, or
• You received an incorrect product.
Time Window to File Exchange Request
You must contact us within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted, as we cannot verify handling/storage conditions beyond that period.

Subject: Exchange Request – Your Order Number
Please include:
1. Your Order Number
2. Clear photos/videos showing:
– The product
– The outer box & inner packaging
– The shipping label
– The issue/damage clearly visible
Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions and dispatch a replacement.
Important Conditions
• Product must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Refunds are not provided unless we are unable to replace the damaged/incorrect item.
No Exchange / No Refund Applies If:
• You do not like the taste or flavor
• You changed your mind
• The product was opened, used, or tampered with
• Delivery was delayed by the courier
• The product was purchased during discounts / sale events
• The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
