Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Time

We deliver PAN India. Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & COD Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

• COD orders below ₹1000 are subject to a ₹49 COD handling charge.

• COD orders of ₹1000 and above have no COD handling charge.

• No additional shipping charges apply to prepaid orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link provided to check your order status at any time.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address and mobile number provided at checkout are accurate. Amrutea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unreachable phone number

• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Damaged or Lost Package

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Unboxing video

• Photos of the package and damaged product

• Order ID

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
