Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days. We will notify you via email or phone.
Delivery Time
We deliver PAN India. Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations.
Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500.
• For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee may apply at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp. You can track your order status anytime using the link provided.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and mobile number provided at checkout are accurate. Amrutea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable phone number
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Damaged or Lost Package
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:
• Unboxing video
• Photos of the package
• Order ID
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
